Cancellations - Accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Order Changes (Color, Size, Customization) - Accepted within 24 hours of placing your order BUT you must place a new order and we will cancel your old one. This is to ensure your order seamlessly goes back into our fulfillment system without delays.
Please email us AS SOON AS YOU CAN so we can make the changes for you. We work very hard to ensure every customer is completely satisfied.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
Returned by Customer - It is best that you contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Discount Credit - Discounts cannot be credited after your order is placed. Canceling your order for this reason is not accepted.

Our customer service representative will assist you in getting a return label to return your shipment to our factory headquarters.
Please keep a copy of your receipt with your return tracking number and immediately send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order #.
Your order will be refunded once tracking states DELIVERED.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Products must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and invoice. Otherwise, a refund will not be issued.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges except for items that are damaged.
Shipping fees, taxes, and handling charges are Non-Refundable, unless your order is damaged.
If your order is damaged, we will either refund you in full or expedite an exchange for your, free of charge. You can keep or recycle your damaged piece.
