Our products are made to be 100% Rust-Proof. If your decor experiences any rusting, please contact us with pictures to prove the rusting and we will replace it for you, on us.

We have received your order and are still producing and/or quality checking your order for shipment. If your order has been processing for more than 10 days then there is likely an error that needs to be rectified. WHEN CAN I FILE A CLAIM?
Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days fromthe date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost(where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 for International Orders) andwithin 30 days from the last checkpoint. 

Route+  is super quick! Once you file a claim, they review your claim for approval for a reorder or refund within 24hours.
